WWE 2K22 was released at the starting of March, and it's generated some excitement for both gamers and WWE fans. Fans seem to be pretty happy with the game, and excitement continues to brew with the first set of DLCs around the corner. One feature for the upcoming DLCs is the addition of celebrity wrestlers.
Celebrity wrestlers won't feature in the initial DLCs, the first of which drops on April 26; three other DLCs will be released, including legends like Yokozuna, Cactus Jack, Vader, Stacy Keibler and more.
The first celebrity appearance will come with the Clowning Around Pack DLC that drops on June 28. Mr. T headlines the list that also features legends Doink The Clown, The British Bulldog and current wrestlers Ronda Rousey and Doudrop.
The Whole Dam Pack DLC on July 19 will feature Rob Van Dam along with Logan Paul and Machine Gun Kelly. In addition, current wrestlers Commander Azeez and Xia Li will also feature in the Whole Dam Pack release.
Machine Gun Kelly has been working closely with the WWE over the last couple of years and is the executive producer of the game's soundtrack, which features "Body Bag" by Kelly and features Yungblud and Bert McCracken on the track as well. MGK has previously worked with the WWE performing at WrestleMania 28 and a brief rivalry with Kevin Owens.
