The latest updated GSD digital sales charts in the UK had a surprise #2 this week.
WWE 2K22 knocked Gran Turismo out of second place on the charts. However, while WWE 2K22 had a fantastic first week, it wasn't enough to knock Elden Ring out of first place.
Even though it saw sales drop 43% this week, Elden Ring dominates the digital sales landscape with a stranglehold on #1.
As GamesIndustry.biz points out, WWE 2K22's digital sales are 390% higher than their 2019 release, WWE 2K20. Additionally, the game saw 72% of its sales done digitally during its first week.
Near the bottom of the Top 10, Assassin's Creed enjoyed a breath of fresh sales thanks to some special online deals.
