After connecting with Coachella for a collaboration, Fortnite will bring one of the most influential hip-hop acts to the game. Wu-Tang Clan is coming to Fortnite, and it will include outfits, pickaxes, backbling and emotes. Popular Fortnite insider, ShiinaBR took to Twitter with a massive leak of information and pictures. As of now, it doesn't seem that any of the members will be available in the game, but we're pretty sure the Wu-Tang hands emote will be a popular feature.
Wu-Tang leader Rza released a brief statement regarding the collab that becomes available on April 23 at 8 PM EST.
"Fortnite has been in my household for years. It's been a pleasure and joy watching the game evolve, while becoming the go-to pastime. This collaboration is a multigenerational 'drip' of swag and cool. If what you say is true, Fortnite and Wu-Tang could be Fortangerous…"
There are two Wu Wear skins available, Throwback BG and B.R.I.T.E., which the group designed, and you can also catch a new Wu-Tang loading screen to go along with the backbling, multiple emotes.
