Walmart Restocks PS5 and Xbox One Exclusively for Walmart+ Members.

A rare PS5 and Xbox One restock is on the table, but unfortunately, it's only for a select few. As of this morning, Walmart announced that both consoles were back in stock exclusively for paying Walmart+ members, which means you won't be able to access either console with a trial membership.

A rare PS5 and Xbox One restock is on the table, but unfortunately, it's only for a select few.

As of this morning, Walmart announced that both consoles were back in stock exclusively for paying Walmart+ members, which means you won't be able to access either console with a trial membership. Both consoles are challenging to acquire and cost double and triple the retail price on the secondary marketplace. The first to reveal the news was Wario64 on Twitter, who added that both the standard PS5 and the Digital Edition would be available.

As for Xbox, both the Series X and Series S will be available. However, don't forget that while there's no massive difference between the PS5 editions, Xbox Series S is far from as powerful as the Series X.

Unfamiliar with Walmart+? From Walmart:

Walmart Plus is a paid subscription service for purchasing groceries along with the plethora of products Walmart carries online and in-store. Those who sign up receive perks and benefits when shopping at Walmart and Walmart-owned companies. It seems that signing up for one of these perk programs is the only way to get ahold of these new consoles, as GameStop also had a PS5 restock available exclusively to its PowerUp Rewards members.
