The very popular Genshin Impact looks like it will be getting some fresh faces. Since its release in 2020, Genshin Impact has done an excellent job keeping the game fresh for players by adding new regions, characters and weapons. Inazuma, one of the primary nations in Genshin Impact, was introduced in September 2021, indicating that another significant area is on the way. While no official statements have been made, many leaks have established that the game's plot will take players to Sumeru, a well-known locale.

Thanks to a very popular Genshin Impact leaker, we now know who the new characters will be.Ubatcha1 reveals that the characters are named Collei and the Dendro Archon, who will be associated with a new territory, which the region should include in the next big update. Ubatcha1 adds that Collei will be included in Genshin Impact version 3.0, which will be released on August 15 of this year. The Dendro Archon Kusanali is expected to appear in the 3.1 update, released at the end of September. Both characters will be employing a new Element named Dendro.

 

 

Collei isn't a stranger to players, and she's been part of the official manga and is heavily tied to Amber. The expectation is that Sumeru will be the next area added to the game and the Dendro element following Mondstadt, Liyue and Inazuma.

Genshin Impact is currently available on all platforms except for Switch, which presently has a version in development. The game grossed over $3billion in revenue just in its first year setting new records in the gaming industry.
