Capcom has announced that even though Street Fighter 6 is on its way, the company isn't finished improving Street Fighter 5. An update will be released on March 29 and labelled as the "definitive update."
While Capcom hasn't made an official announcement regarding the update, it released a trailer that shows off most of the improvements. It looks like every character has a new package of combos and fighting adjustments. The game has also added some new filters to change the optic of battles, allowing cel-shaded highlights to the fights. We've also got some enhancements to the colours of costumes. You'll also be able to change the outfits as each character has new colour combinations for their tracksuits.
Cap-Jam remix themes have also been added for season 5 characters Dan, Rose, Oro, Akira and Luke.
According to GameInformer, Capcom will make an appearance at the Japan Fighting Game Publishers Roundtable on March 21, so it's more than likely they will give us a complete idea of what will appear in the Street Fighter 5 update.
