It's arguably one of the most anticipated video games, with many rumours surrounding it.
The next installment of Grand Theft Auto is expected to be a trendsetter much like GTAV, which has been around for a decade and continues to be one of the most popular games around.
Rockstar has confirmed that GTAVI is in production and a real thing via a blog post earlier this year, and now we might have a slight idea of when it's coming out. WhatIfGaming, which works closely with extremely popular and reliable insider Tom Henderson has revealed the game is scheduled to come out by the end of 2025. However, we can still anticipate an earlier release if things go right.
While that might seem like forever, it shows that Rockstar will create a monster and has Rockstar Worldwide working on the project. The game has plenty of chatter and rumours regarding the possible storyline and the time period. However, Henderson confirmed it would occur in modern times and not during the 80s like buzz had suggested.
Previously popular streamer xQc had claimed he got to test the game and said he was blown away from it. He added that it's already finished developing; however, the video was deleted a few hours later, most likely because of an NDA agreement. Nevertheless, Youtube user Zimited was able to rip the video and shared it. He added that he tried to share it on the Reddit channels, but it was deleted, which would lead one to believe it's possibly true.
