We've got some details and screenshots regarding the 6.1 patch for Final Fantasy XIV. The update will feature new mounts, minions, and emotes, along with a new side quest for Tataru's Grand Endeavor and the Arkasodara Tribe Quests.
You'll also get to experience some new Custom Deliveries which features Ameliance. The update also features the ability to race on hippo-drawn carriages.
New utility features such as the Dream Fitting interface and the new codex documenting essential lore and setting concepts and deeper storytelling concerning Omega's ultimate fate in the aftermath of the discoveries beyond the bounds of the stars on board the Ragnarok.
Producer Naoki Yoshida will hold a special broadcast. He'll go through the patch notes for Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.1 during the event. The presentation will, however, only be available in Japanese.As of October 2021, Final Fantasy XIV has over 24 million registered players and has become the most profitable Final Fantasy game to date.
Final Fantasy XIV is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. Patch 6.1 is scheduled to be available on April 12, 2022.
